Sam Schwartz is the Global Director of Practitioner Experience and Engagement at the B2B Ecommerce Association (B2BEA), where she leads the association's work on behalf of the people who build and run digital commerce inside distribution and manufacturing companies. She shapes how practitioners connect with B2BEA, from onboarding and discovery conversations to the programs that help them benchmark progress and learn from peers. Sam brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in B2B distribution and manufacturing, with roles at McMaster-Carr, Zoro, Jensen Precast, ISN, and Midland Industries. That background gives her a practitioner's view of digital transformation inside industrial organizations: messy product data, legacy systems, competing priorities, and the daily work of helping customers get what they need. Sam believes the best insight comes from the people doing the work. Her focus is making sure B2BEA reflects the real challenges practitioners face and gives them practical tools, honest benchmarks, and a community of peers who understand the job.
