Meet Justin King

For more than two decades, I’ve worked with manufacturers and distributors to help them not just “do digital,” but actually lead it. My focus has always been on bridging the gap between business leadership and digital teams. Too often, the conversation gets lost in platforms, features, and acronyms when what executives really need is clarity: how digital impacts growth, margin, and the customer experience.

As Managing Director of the B2B eCommerce Association and B2B eCommerce World, I spend my days working alongside leaders, practitioners, and technology partners to accelerate digital transformation across the industry. From developing education programs like the B2B eCommerce Professional Certification and the Executive Series, to hosting executive sessions on strategy and change management, to bringing the global community together at our conferences, my mission is to equip this industry with the tools and mindset it needs to succeed.

I’m also the host of The B2B eCommerce Show Podcast, where I sit down with executives, practitioners, and innovators who are in the trenches of transformation. Together we explore not just the “what” of digital,  but the “why” and the “how” behind the most impactful work happening today.

Whether speaking on stage, teaching in a Masterclass, or advising executives one-on-one, I’m focused on making digital strategy accessible, practical, and tied directly to business outcomes. Digital transformation isn’t about technology. It’s about leadership, alignment, and building a business that can thrive in the next decade.
