I’m passionate about advancing the B2B eCommerce industry and helping manufacturers, distributors and the people who support them succeed through digital transformation. Recognising the need for greater connection and collaboration across the industry, I founded the B2B eCommerce Association. Today, it has grown into a global network where B2B professionals can share knowledge, build meaningful relationships and collectively move the industry forward. I also co-founded B2B eCommerce World, a global conference series bringing the community together across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. More recently, I created B2B NEXT AI to help B2B leaders explore the practical impact of artificial intelligence and prepare their businesses for what comes next. Having worked across omnichannel commerce for more than 15 years, I’ve experienced the industry from many sides, including technology sales, vendor engagement, systems integration and project delivery. This broad perspective helps me understand the challenges facing every part of the ecosystem and informs the work we do to connect and support the global B2B digital transformation community. Everything I do is driven by a genuine passion for B2B and a belief in the power of bringing the right people together to unlock new opportunities for businesses, individuals and the industry as a whole.
