Brett Sinclair is the Founder and Global Director of the B2B eCommerce Association (B2BEA), a global community dedicated to advancing digital commerce and transformation across manufacturing and distribution. Brett founded the B2BEA with a vision to create a truly practitioner-led industry community—bringing together digital leaders to connect with their peers, share knowledge, develop their capabilities and help shape the future of B2B. He is also the Founder and Global Director of B2B eCommerce World, the Association’s global conference series, bringing together manufacturers, distributors and industry leaders across the Americas, UK & Europe, and Asia Pacific. Through the B2BEA, Brett is focused on building the infrastructure needed to advance the profession, including industry education and credentials, digital maturity and benchmarking programs, research, executive communities, and initiatives that recognise and develop the next generation of B2B digital leaders. Prior to founding the B2B eCommerce Association, Brett spent more than 15 years working across B2B digital commerce, technology and consulting, including leadership roles with Adobe and Intershop. His focus today is on building a stronger global profession around B2B digital transformation and helping manufacturers and distributors develop the people, capabilities and connections required to succeed in an increasingly digital and AI-driven world.
