I lead service delivery at NETFORMIC USA, where I focus on B2B e-commerce, digital project execution, operational optimization, and scalable client delivery. My role combines delivery leadership with the day-to-day realities of turning digital strategy into dependable execution for clients. My broader background is in Business Process Management, process automation, transformation, and professional services. I serve on the Board of Directors of ABPMP International as VP of Chapter Services and am Founder and President of ABPMP Central America & Caribbean. That work keeps me close to the process discipline behind successful digital commerce: clear ownership, measurable outcomes, strong operating models, and continuous improvement. I am particularly interested in the point where e-commerce, operations, process, data, and technology meet - and in building delivery organizations that can scale without losing control, quality, or customer focus.
