Spryker adds on business intelligence

Spryker Systems GmbH, a platform provider forB2B and B2C enterprise marketplaces, thing commerce and unified commerce, is betting its recent partnership with business intelligence provider minubo will enable its customers to achieve company-wide holistic data transparency.

With Minubo’s business intelligence software all data is accessible across departments within a company. As a result, businesses can create a culture of data- driven work, according to the two companies. Minumo’s embedded dashboards are fully customizable and easy to use, allowing more employees to utilize data throughout their workday and increase performance.

Spryker’s App Composition Platform provides enterprises with the flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and accelerate digital growth and transformation. “Spryker’s experience, strong resources, and leadership in the world of ecommerce made them the ideal candidate to partner with on commerce focused business intelligence,” minumbo chief executive Andreas Fischer says in a prepares statement. “We share the same mindset to support our customers on their journey to growth and profitability, and with the embedded minubo dashboards into the Spryker frontend, access to data-driven decision making will be even easier to achieve.”

The plug-and-play integration between the Spryker platform and minumbo’s software enables insights gleaned from data to be embedded directly into the frontend, where employees can find the relevant key performance indicators for their work. “Too many business decisions around ecommerce are made in the dark,” Manishi Singh, senior vice president, App Composition Platform for Spryker says in a prepared statement. “With easy access to quality data across departments, ecommerce outcomes can be improved.”

Last October, grocery chain ALDI U.S. selected Spryker Systems to develop a new online food and grocery shopping experience for the U.S. market that offers grocery delivery or curbside pickup. The platform is being tested with select customers and is planned to be rolled out nationally in a phased approach. Aldi has 2,200 stores in 38 states in the U.S.

Three months earlier, Spryker was chosen by Wilo SE, a Dortmund, Germany-based manufacturer of pumps and pump systems for the building services, water management, and industrial sectors, to develop a digital B2B purchasing experience for Wilo’s global customers.
