    Global Sales Director of Online B2B Directory & Services

    Job description

    Our growing digital media company is hiring a global sales director for our new and upcoming Online Directory & Services division. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and to apply for the position.

    Job Duties:

    • Developing and implementing a global sales strategy that aligns with overall company goals
    • Recruiting sales representatives and account managers in each of our G20 country footprint, expanding into new markets and augment teams based on company strategy and plans using performance metrics to evaluate and manage individual sales representatives
    • Developing, implementing and managing country-specific compensation and incentive programs for the sales force
      Developing and implementing training programs for sales force in order to improve sales results
    • Creating and overseeing sales and account management protocols
    • Designing, implementing and constantly improving global sales process via Sales Software Hubspot
    • Collaborating with internal and external business partners to implement business plans, setting up and using reporting system for senior management
    • Building, monitoring and developing sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near- and long-term opportunities
    • Developing and executing aggressive sales plans that focus on new client acquisition and upselling for sustained revenue growth
    • Being part of the product development process representing the sales and market demands
    • Co-developing a market feedback loop system with product team to ensure rapid and successful iteration answering region-specific demands

    Job Requirements:

    • Demonstrated successful 10-year experience in global sales leadership capacity
    • Demonstrated successful creation of multi-region sales team from scratch
    • 5-year experience selling online directory services or similar
    • Demonstrated successful sales management and process using sales operations software (experience with Hubspot a plus)
