    Full Job Description
    Mid-size national ecommerce retailer based in NYC is seeking a talented B2B eCommerce Specialist who is passionate about managing growing our B2B sales!

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identifying and actively seeking out new customers
    • Sustaining and expanding sales opportunities with current connections
    • Broadening the scope of our B2B influence
    • Conducting B2B direct marketing
    • Managing and interacting with accounts
    • Create outreach campaigns focused on acquiring new customer
    • Assist with customer requests including pricing, product info and supply
    • Inventory and pricing management based on customer needs
    • Identify new marketplaces or sales channels
    • Create email marketing campaigns directed at B2B buyers
    • Collect site feedback and work with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience
    • Assist in the development of a B2B sales strategy

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ Years of account management, customer success or business development
    • 1+ Years of sales development or marketing
    • Ability to think fast and come to rational conclusions quickly
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the company and end customers
    • Must be a high-energy, hands-on, creative thinking and risk-taking individual
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing eCommerce environment
    • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Tableau and proficient using internet websites and other online tools
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Economics
