Drive the development and implementation of our businesses’ visions, strategies, and long-term strategic priorities.
Execute sales promotions and in-depth business analyses
Develop marketing plans to drive traffic and sales promotions
Conduct website enhancements (UI/UX) with deep understanding of customer experience (CX/DX)
Lead strategic projects and facilitate cross-functional teams.
Lead team members and help structure their activities.
Develop creative solutions to challenging business problems
Oversee strategic analysis, generate key insights from data and visualize
Develop storylines for presentations, prepare and deliver presentations to leadership.
Additional Job Description:
Strategy or planning experience at Strategy & Planning function in a corporation.
Industry experience in eCommerce and experience on Magento platform a plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape and goals, digital marketing, and eCommerce.
Manage all aspects of design, development, and optimization of site experience.
UI/UX Optimization: Continue to find areas of optimization with clear objective of increasing conversion rate.
High proficiency with MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint, G-suite (Google Sheet, Google Form)
Outstanding analytical capabilities (quantitative and qualitative) with a data-driven approach to plan development and decision making.
Excellence in critical thinking, developing sensible, creative solutions to challenging strategic business problems.
Ability to communicate clearly and simply with mid-level and senior audiences.
Comfort in reaching out and prioritizing cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
