B2B Commerce Platform: 30%
Comprehensive responsibility for the operation and expansion of B2B commerce platform.
Project management B2B commerce platform and related specifications/rollouts/tests.
Training of stores and employees.
Interface of internal and external B2B commerce platform stakeholders.
Drivers for further development and specifications for our portal.
1st level support for marketing and other departments.
Support integration of B2B commerce platform with ERP systems.
Collaborate with our international team.
Master data management: 20%
Process analysis of master data management.
Participation in the definition of the master data management process.
Implementation and monitoring of the master data process.
Sub-project management for the evaluation and implementation of a PIM system.
Continuous development of master data management.
Other IT Functions 15%
Continuous improvement ticket system.
Rollout in other markets and systems.
Support of Applications during the operation.
Participation in improving the internal IT ticket system.
Other IT/Sales/Finance/Service tasks to support the digital transformation.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDI System Management
Frequently communicate with peers, supervisors, third parties, and other employees to exchange accurate information.
Assist AR representatives in providing timely file information.
Monitor the task queues and assign corrections or errors appropriately.
Create estimates for software development and delivery.
Identify trends or problems and offer solutions for resolution and/or prevention.
Work with External Consultants to set up new EDI Trading Partners.
Amazon API Management
Evaluate implemented integration technologies and recommend a future state API Management strategy.
Provide leadership in establishing an architecture for the delivery of RESTful APIs.
Manage Current Amazon API connection to Company’s ERP System.
Recommend improvements to existing API development processes.
Develop technical expertise in chosen API technologies and frameworks.
MS Office, MS NAV, MS Dynamics 365, MS F&O and MS SharePoint, API Management, EDI, as well as any B2B portal knowledge, would be an advantage but not mandatory.
Sales and Finance Business Process
Ability to understand business processes in relation to Sales, purchase, and Finance with a complete understanding of how to transform this information into Application Systems.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
At least three years of experience in any B2B, API, EDI, and Business Process Design.
Business informatics and professional experience with similar IT skills.
3+ years Developing Web Services and working with related API technologies (REST, JSON, RAML, XML, WSDL, SOAP, XSLT).
E-commerce experience and handling master data is an advantages.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding and working knowledge of EDI formats and Internet functions.
Creative problem-solving is required to design a system that meets clients’ needs.
