Full Job Description

As the User Experience (UX) Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading research and design efforts to tackle complex problems and produce creative solutions for HP’s direct B2B ecommerce customers. You’ll work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of UX designers, product owners, engineers and QA to deliver a premium ecommerce experience to Corporate Enterprise and Public Sector customers.


Lead the UX research and design process for HP’s global B2B ecommerce website

Create innovative solutions for complex B2B processes, based on research and goals

Research and design B2B user personas, business drivers and journey maps

Build user flows, wireframes and prototypes for the B2B ecommerce user interface

Lead design sessions to generate ideas from product management, sales operations and additional stakeholder input

Be an advocate for the customer experience in projects


8+ years experience in UX research and design

Experience delivering large-scale customer-facing design projects with input from a variety of stakeholders

Proven ability to create processes flows, wireframes & prototypes

Experience working with Product Owners in an Agile digital environment

The ability to build consultative, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams

Passion for the customer journey and experience

Creative problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving goals

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
