Manage VP calendar, travel planning, expense management, supply orders and other adhoc requests
Be an approachable and supportive partner to the VP and the Center of Excellence (CoE) team to foster a warm, fun environment
Project ownership including new employee onboarding plans and equipment preparation, semi-annual conference planning, and adhoc work in collaboration with the CoE team
Proactively seek opportunities to streamline processes, make improvements, and contribute to the broader team objectives
Be a confidant to VP, maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and care with sensitive information

The B2B eCommerce Center of Excellence is accountable for the execution of all eCommerce and digital activities within the Americas region. Our purpose is to create a seamless experience for online shoppers and to build the future of Ecommerce for the LEGO® brand. We operate in a forward-thinking, fast-paced environment operating with a Test, Fail, Scale mindset.
Do you have what it takes?
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or relevant position with experience in event/meeting planning and execution
Ability to self-manage with an assertive, proactive approach and excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals of all backgrounds and personalities, both locally and globally, with an inclusive approach
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Desire to grow into a different role on the eCommerce team within 2-3 years preferred
