We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager (B2B) to join our Ecommerce team!

Location of the role: London (SE1) & Flexi Home Working

Brands you will be working on: REN Clean Skincare, Murad, Living Proof. & Kate Sommerville

Overview:

This position will sit within the UK Ecommerce team, reporting directly into the Senior E-Retail Manger. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Marketplace Manager (Amazon) to define the strategy and launch our product offering onto Amazon. You will be responsible for steering and supporting our key account trade plans, managing and execute growth plans to continuously raise the bar in the digital space for our brands. An enthusiastic, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach is crucial. This role involves working as part of a small, energetic team with hypergrowth ambitions.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Assisting the management of marketplace products (Amazon) and monitoring stock replenishment across UK
Update and maintain product listings including maintaining all images, content and keywords are optimized
Manage marketplace strategies and liaise closely with the marketplace team as well as the marketing team
Manage PPC campaigns in assigned marketplaces.
Provide excellent account management skills. Be the best beauty partner for our Pure Player Key account.
Ensure plans are in place to achieve agreed growth targets
Together with the Senior E-retail manager, be the expert on our key account, nurturing close relationships with both our partners and in-house teams.
Work closely with digital, marketing, operational and retail teams to ensure we set up our brands to excel.
Regularly reporting financial performance and strategic developments for the brands
Drive new online business opportunities.
Flag weekly risks and opportunities to Senior E-Retail Manager. Tracking and reporting against KPI’s and set budgets.
Assist in projects and activities that will create a point of difference for our marketplace business driving traffic to their website, improving on site conversion and drive market share gains for our brands.

What we are looking for:

Proactive, go-getter personality.
A can-do attitude – always willing to learn and develop, in one of the most exciting, fast-moving, and ever adapting sales channels.
A proven track record of driving forward sales growth and achieving/ exceeding set targets ideally within an online retail environment
Experience working in a similar position & proven track record of driving online growth.
Ability to build solid relationships, both internally and with external partners.
Highly numerate and analytical, can understand how to read data and effectively turn into actions.
Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Experience working with an online retailer
Ability to effectively organise and prioritise, according to business needs.
Strong experience using Microsoft Office is essential, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Confident in delivering presentations.
Prestige Beauty experience is preferable, but not essential.
